‘Bye, Vlad’: Protesters in Ukraine topple largest Lenin monument in Europe


Protesters in Kharkiv, Ukraine’s second-largest city, pulled down the massive statue of Vladimir Lenin there overnight. This photo shows the sparks flying as a protester saws off Lenin’s leg at the base.
